FAQ

There is no shopping cart on your website, how do I reserve items?

To make a reservation, please fill out a form under the "Contact Us” section. This will send your information directly to us and we will reach out to you shortly. Alternatively you can call or email us. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit via cash, check or credit card to hold the date.

How far in advance should I place my reservation?

We highly recommend that you reserve the inventory as soon as you know the details of your event and have selected the items you would like to reserve, since we do have limited supply and typically have multiple reservations. 

Is there a minimum rental amount?

Yes, we require a minimum rental of $200 on our tables and chairs for us to make a delivery. However, if you are just renting benches or smaller items that you pick up yourself, there is no minimum rental.

Can I change my reservation?

Yes, items may be added at any point before your event, provided we have inventory available. Items may be removed from your order at any point, up to 1 week before your event.

How much is your delivery charge?

Delivery within the Davis County area is $100. Delivery outside of Davis County is higher. Non-standard delivery requests may also increase the delivery charge. These include, but are not limited to: Difficult deliveries (up and down stairs etc), hotel deliveries, convention centers, deliveries outside of hours of operation, etc.

Will you setup and tear down?

Our hand-made farm tables require special tools for assembly, which we will handle for you. Upon delivery, we leave all items in a designated area you have specified (patio, yard, garage, etc.). Upon pickup we request the items be stacked in that same designated area. We can setup, or stage, chairs, benches, etc., for an additional setup fee. 

My event will be at a private residence,
do the owners or I need to be present for delivery?

No, as long as we have unobstructed access to the property and are paid in full.

What happens if an item gets damaged?

You will be charged the full replacement cost of the damaged item(s)
